Baby it's cold outside!!!!

Holy Cow! Winter has arrived with a bang! And early to boot! We have about 3/4 of an inch of ice outside. Over 60,000 people without power (we are not included in that #. Thank God!!!). School has been out for the entire week due to the power outage. It looks like a war zone and they have called in the troops!!! So much for shade in the Summer. We have lost about 5 trees. I am talkin' about 100 year old trees. Unbelievable!!! And, as if that isn't enough, we are supposed to get 4-6 inches of snow on Friday. CRAZY!!!! What is even more crazy is that after living on my own for 12 years, I am temporarily sharing a living space with my parents. Good times to be had by all!

Back in the saddle again!

Well I did it! You know the dreaded exercising! I have decided I am not waiting until the first of the year to start. It is time now. I need to be healthy now. So I figure while most people will be getting started I will be seeing results already.
